
Your body is working hard to grow your baby. That can come with some uncomfortable moments. Many people feel sick to their stomach during the first three or four months.
"Morning sickness" can happen at any time of day. Here's what can help:






Your body needs food and fluids, even when you feel queasy. If you can't keep anything down, call your health care provider.
As your baby gets bigger, you might notice heartburn or constipation. These are totally normal parts of pregnancy.
Speak with your health care provider about what you're experiencing. Don't take any medicine unless they say it's okay.
